*The New 2016/2017 Schedule is BIWEEKLY.  With the alternating weeks, to get the most recent schedule, it would be best to either go to facebook ('like' cryanfit on facebook) or receive the weekly schedule and other related posts via email (just send an email to cryanfit@gmail.com to be added to the 'non-facebooker' distribution list).

Tuesday  9AM  Cardio Barre  (alternating Tuesdays)
9AM WOW (Workout of the Week)                                    
Thursday    5:15AM Toning  (alternating Thursdays) 
Friday  9AM  Cardio Tone / Kickboxing and Weights (alternating weeks)  Saturday    7:30AM Interval Power Step and Weights (alternating Saturdays)  
Sunday    9:15AM Kickboxing   (alternating Sundays)
